Setup (one time, 5 minutes)

    In Airbnb, go to Account → Notifications → Email and confirm guest message notifications are turned on.

    In Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add a forwarding address. Enter duskkeep@polsia.app and confirm.

    For other email clients, search "auto-forward emails" for your provider.

    Create a filter to forward only Airbnb emails: filter from: airbnb.com, action: forward to duskkeep@polsia.app.
  4. 4
    Done. When a guest messages you on Airbnb, you'll receive an email back with a ready-to-send AI draft reply — just copy and paste it into Airbnb.
